Good day. After tightening eligibility requirements and increasing scrutiny, the Small Business Administration is giving a reprieve to applicants for the Paycheck Protection Program. The SBA now says that loans of less than $2 million in the aggregate to a borrower and its affiliates will be considered necessary, based on the amount alone.
