He contributes to screening and assessing Cathay Innovation projects. Prior to joining Cathay Innovation, Shui had several internships in investment firms including FountainVest Partners, NIO Capital, and ARDIAN (f.k.a. AXA Private Equity).

Shui graduated from Tsinghua University, PBC School of Finance with a Masters of Finance degree. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and Finance from Tsinghua University, School of Economics and Management.
