Rose was most recently a Director at Generation Investment Management and previously served as a Vice President at CapitalG, where she focused on early- and growth-stage B2B investments. Earlier in her career, Rose led Finance, Business Operations and Strategy for the GTM and Customer Experience teams at Gusto. She began her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications team, and at Scale Venture Partners, where she invested in early-stage enterprise software companies.

Rose holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
