He is responsible for screening, assessing, and executing potential investments for Cathay Innovation. Prior to joining Cathay in 2020, Romain held positions as a Policy Analyst for the Direction générale du Trésor (French Treasury) as well as a Business Developer at ride-sharing startup Less (acquired by Blablacar in 2018). Romain holds a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from École normale supérieure.
