In her role, she helps develop global strategy while leading marketing and communications activities across Europe. She also provides strategic advice and support to portfolio companies. Prior to Cathay, Milena was a marcoms manager at Marigny Capital, a broker specialized in structured products, as well as spending many years in a consulting agency. Throughout her career, Milena has learned to work in 360 mode on projects across marcoms functions: events, PR, editorial, web, design and so on. Milena holds a Master 2 in Corporate & Institutional Communication from Sup de Pub Paris.
