Prior to joining Cathay Innovation, Joy spent over 4 years with the Amazon Web Services Startup team, supporting thousands of French entrepreneurs and leading the AWS Early Stage go-to-market strategy in EMEA. Her previous experiences include positions at BNP Paribas and LVMH, with assignments in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Madrid. Mandarin speaker, Joy graduated from emlyon business school with a Master in Management.
