Prior to joining Cathay Innovation, Federico was a Senior Investment Officer at Accion Venture Lab, where he led investment efforts in Latin America, developed new investment theses, and served on multiple boards. Before that, he co-founded Credility, a leading SME lending platform in Argentina, as well as other startups.

Earlier in his career, Federico worked in investment banking at MBA Lazard, advising on major M&A and project finance transactions in Latin America.

Federico holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA).
