Arnaud bridges the gap between startups and corporates, leveraging his unique experience as both a startup founder and a corporate innovation executive. Having lived on four continents, he connects diverse markets and industries, with expertise spanning Financial Services, Health and Retail. Open innovation, particularly in driving sustainable solutions and fostering impactful technologies, is at the core of his approach.
Before joining Cathay Innovation, Arnaud served as Deputy Head of the innovation lab of BNP Paribas in San Francisco. In this role, he facilitated the connection of international startup innovations with the bank’s various business lines and partners worldwide, driving commercial partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. Arnaud holds two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree from Sorbonne University and has also studied finance at UC Berkeley Extension. He frequently speaks at leading industry events like Money2020 and SXSW, and his expertise has been featured on platforms such as TechCrunch, Les Echos, and BFM Business. Notably, he was featured in an entire chapter as a biohacker in the latest best-selling book by France’s most popular sci-fi author, Alain Damasio.
