Beth Faus

Beth leads Cathay Innovation’s activities in Spain, focusing on investing in high-growth technology companies and supporting entrepreneurs in creating long-term value.
She joined in June 2026, bringing more than 10 years of experience that combines deep local market expertise with strategic and operational experience across international environments.

Prior to joining Cathay Innovation, Beth spent 6 years as a technology investor at Notion Capital in London and Seaya Ventures in Barcelona, where she led investment opportunities and portfolio value-creation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked for 3 years as a strategy consultant at Deloitte, advising large Spanish corporations on innovation and growth projects.

Beth holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESADE. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing a wide range of sports, traveling, and being with friends and family.
