She is responsible for supporting all corporate legal matters. Prior to joining Cathay Capital in 2020, Morgane spent 3 years at the Private Equity firm PAI Partners as a Legal and Compliance Officer. Morgane previously served in several law firms as a Corporate M&A Paralegal. She graduated from INSEEC Business School with an MSc in Tax & Corporate Law from Paris Saclay University.
