He is in charge of screening, evaluating, and executing on Cathay investments. Prior to joining Cathay in 2014, Jean-François spent over 2 years as an Analyst in the M&A Department of French banking group Credit Agricole CIB. During his tenure in the New York and Paris offices, he was involved in several operations for blue chip and middle-market French and international clients. Deal sectors covered included e-commerce, media, renewable energy, agri-food and mining.

Before CA-CIB, he interned in the Leverage Finance department of BNP Paribas dedicated to European large-cap LBOs, as well as in the small- and mid-cap M&A Group of Credit Agricole (Sodica Corporate Finance). Jean-François holds a Master of Science in Management from EMLYON Business School (Lyon, France) and completed an exchange program at the National Sun Yat-Sen University (Kaohsiung, Taiwan).
